Oil Mill

The Tre Colline (Three Hills) Farm has a modern mill for the milling of olives.
The mill on a continuous cycle has been provided by the company "Pieralisi" of Jesi (Italy), group leader for the sector.

In November and December you may see the mill in full swing to get from our 1500 olive trees that excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can taste in our store.

The milling is carried out also for other small companies and individuals who can proudly enjoy the fruit of their olive trees.
