GARDA DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive oil is an eatable oil with a very high content of monounsaturated fat. The type virgin is derived from mechanical oil pressing, fruit of the species Olea europaea. Other types of oil product derived from olives, but with different organoleptic and dietary properties, they are obtained for the virgin oils and solvent extraction of olive pomace.
Product originating from agri-food tradition of the Mediterranean, olive oil is currently produced in other regions with Mediterranean climate.

TRE COLLINE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL GARDA D.O.P. ORIENTALE
The extra virgin olive oil Garda Eastern Denomination of Protected Origin (GARDA D.O.P. Orientale) comes from the olive groves of Palu', Giare and San Fermo seats in the towns of Bardolino and Costermano, on the Venetian side of Lake Garda.
It is predominantly an oil obtained from olives of the variety Casaliva (typical cultivar of Garda Veronese shore) in accordance with the parameters set from the legal specifications.
The flag placed on the bottle numbered by CSQA Certification ensures compliance with the requirements of the Garda DOP law.
This oil of superior quality, is the sight of a beautiful golden yellow color with intense green tones, clear. It smeels opening elegant and content, with tones of apple fruity white mature and subtle notes of green herbs balsamic. The taste is wide and delicate, with rich tones of fresh vegetables and strong sweet almond.
It is packaged in bottles of 0.5 liters and 0.75 liters.
